Board of Governors: Four (4) seats are available on the 14-seat BG, each seat serves three-year terms.

All eligible PTC member voters will receive a separate email notification directly from the online ballot system to vote.
Note: Only one vote per member organization is permitted. Once one member representative (primary, alternate or public relations) has voted, all other member representatives will not be eligible to vote.
About the Succession Planning Committee (SPC)
The SPC is an independent committee of the Advisory Council and is responsible for the nominations and election process. Polling is handled by an autonomous online voting system vendor contracted for this purpose and is operated independent of PTC. Vote tallies and ballots are strictly confidential. Voter information is stripped before the ballot is added to the tally. Results are independently verified and are auditable.
Late nominations will not be accepted. Please submit your nomination by Friday, 13 October 2017.
