PTC’s Chief Executive Officer
Aloha!
Time is quickly flying – it’s already the beginning of the second quarter of 2021. I hope this message finds you all safe and healthy.
First, I’d like to thank and acknowledge the 2020 leadership under PTC President and Chair Tim Logue’s guidance during the difficult pandemic year.
Second, I’m grateful to be working with the 2021 PTC President and Chair, Sean Bergin, and his Board of Governors as we move into 2021-2022.
Our plans this year include preparations for the much anticipated PTC’22 Annual Conference, which we are currently planning as a hybrid event. Mark your calendar with the conference dates, 16-19 January 2022. The theme and Call for Participation (CFP) will be announced within the next few weeks, and stay tuned for the complete PTC’22 launch in early summer. We are so excited to be reuniting!
If you haven’t participated yet, PTC’s monthly webinars, filled with rich content, are available for the viewing pleasure of members and non-members alike. Tune in and watch it live on the third Wednesday of each month, or at your leisure via the PTC website.
We are also pleased to inform you that the accredited PTC Academy is scheduled for the third and fourth quarters of 2021. Several new instructors, topics, and course modules will be added. This is the perfect way to train junior executives with relevant industry information.
We have several other surprises in store for PTC Members! Keep reading PTC’s Touchpoints to learn more and stay up-to-date with the latest happenings.
Have a great month, and I hope to see you at our future events and initiatives!
Mahalo,
Sharon Nakama
