How can telecommunications technologies help humanity?
Telecommunications technologies undoubtedly have a profound impact on humanity, offering numerous benefits across various aspects of life. They not only connect people but also enable modern (including remote) education to be accessible to everyone, support the healthcare sector (with education and healthcare being fundamental human rights), and contribute to the economy. That, along with other benefits like disaster response, considering the current situation we are facing with climate change in particular, sustainability, and development projects, etc.
If one thing should be redeveloped within the telecom and related industries, what should it be?
More focus should be shifted toward modern, energy-efficient network infrastructure. Adding brainpower and investment could be a game–changer in the industry. Clients in our industry are increasingly focusing on this aspect, and so are we as service providers. There is no alternative to this, and together we can certainly make a difference.

What industry mogul or up-and-coming leader have you followed or are currently pursuing, and why?
Bill Gates has been an inspiration to me ever since I got my first PC at six or seven years old. I’m not only impressed by his entrepreneurial mindset, which is unrivaled, but also by his philanthropic work. He has always made me wonder how much a person can work and achieve in a relatively short period of time. Simply impressive.

The focus on mental health and work–life balance is an important change in organizational culture, something that previous generations probably never even dreamed of.
