Start Campus has confirmed Robert Dunn as CEO and appointed Luis Rodrigues as COO. Dunn, previously interim CEO, and Rodrigues, former Head of Data Center Operations, will lead the development of SINES DC, a 495 MW data center campus in Portugal. With a €3.5bn investment, SINES DC aims to boost regional prosperity, create jobs, and advance sustainable data ecosystems, targeting Net Zero by 2030.
