Reserving a meeting table within the PTC HUB presents an excellent opportunity for learning through interaction and building connections with industry peers. Serving as a central gathering space complete with exhibitors and meeting cubicles, the PTC HUB offers a great environment for networking and collaboration.

With your registration, you’ll have a dedicated meeting space that includes a table, four (4) chairs, and your company’s logo prominently displayed on a table stand. Your logo will also be featured on the PTC’24 website, providing valuable visibility to potential partners and clients.

Additionally, you’ll receive one (1) Full Conference registration and three (3) Networker registrations, allowing your team members to expand their professional network and make meaningful connections with other attendees.

This package offers a comprehensive experience at the PTC’24 Annual Conference, providing you with a dedicated meeting space, conference access, and networking opportunities.

PTC’24 press registration and benefits are provided to individuals who possess valid press credentials (e.g., editor, journalist, reporter, writer) that prove affiliation with a recognized international, national, or regional media outlet. Press registration and benefits are accorded in anticipation of a good-faith effort on the part of the registrant to provide press coverage of PTC’24. *Only one (1) PTC’24 press registration per organization will be authorized.

Please note that if you are a sales representative or hold a non-reporting/editorial position (e.g., general manager, graphic designer, marketing, or public relations personnel) with a media outlet, you do not qualify for PTC’24 press benefits.

PTC requires press to submit ALL of the following items to confirm press credentials:

  1. A business card or copy of masthead showing your name, title, and media outlet’s logo.
  2. A letter from the editor or publisher of the publication to which you are assigned, stating that you are covering PTC’24 on assignment.
  3. The link to, or a copy of three (3) articles you have written within the past year with your byline.

Bloggers, independent, and/or online media reporters must provide additional materials upon request, including but not limited to links to posts showing a continuous and significant online presence and audience reach.

To request press registration, please review the PTC’24 Press Guidelines and complete the press pass request form by Wednesday, 10 January 2024. A PTC representative will respond within one (1) week.

*There are a select number of press registrations available for the Annual Conference. It is best to submit any requests ahead of the deadline.

Registered and paid attendees for PTC’24 are able to invite up to two (2) young professionals from their company to register for PTC’24 for free.

The following are the details:

  • The young professional must be between the ages of 21–35.
  • Up to two (2) complimentary young professional registrations per company are allowed.
  • A total of 75 young professional registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that the registered attendee has paid for their Full conference registration.
  • Full conference registration is the applicable category. The young professional registration category will be the same as the paid registrant.
  • PTC Members must be in good standing to take advantage of the BOGO complimentary registration and member discounts on registration. A PTC Member in good standing must have their membership dues renewed prior to PTC’24.
  • This offer is open to PTC Members*.

To request for a young professional registration, the paid PTC’24 registrant needs to complete the Young Professional BOGO Registrant Form. A PTC representative will verify the paid registration and notify both parties via email within one (1) week if the young professional registration has been approved or denied. Upon approval, the young professional will be asked to complete their registration online.

*A limited number of non-PTC Member organizations may apply. Non-members must be fully registered.

The first 2,300 paid registrants for Full Conference or Networker registration will receive conference materials. Conference materials will not be available for those with Online registration.

Online registration includes on demand access following the conference for conference program center stage sessions as well as select workshops and topical sessions via the PTC Mobile App and Online Platform for PTC’23 only. In-person access is not permitted.
