Suites & Converted Rooms

Network and negotiate in privacy and comfort by reserving a suite or standard guest room to convert into a meeting space, which can accommodate a variety of activities, from office use to business meetings to social events.

Nearly any standard guest room on property can be converted to meeting space. Suite location options include:

  • Rainbow Tower, room numbers ending in 00, 01, 12, or 13
  • Tapa Tower, room numbers ending in 29 or 30*
  • Ali‘i Tower, room numbers ending in 02 or 05 and 1408/09/12/14 and 1508/09/12/14
  • Diamond Head Tower, rooms on floors 14–17

Rainbow Tower

1. Suite Conversion*: Upon reserving a hotel suite for hospitality, office, or meeting purposes, you must purchase a Hotel Suite Package Registration. The rates are as follows:

PTC MEMBER: USD 4,000                                                          NON-MEMBER: USD 5,500

Benefits include:

  • Four (4) Full Conference registrations
  • One (1) online suite listing
  • One (1) door signage

A Hotel Suite Package Registration must be purchased for each reserved suite and is in addition to the rates charged by the Hilton. Suites in the Ali‘i tower are also subject to this purchase requirement even though conversions are not available.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Hotel Suite Package Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to suites@ptc.org. The Suites Team will confirm the cancellation with the Hilton. Confirmed cancellations received by Monday, 16 December 2024, are subject to a USD 100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after Monday, 16 December 2024.

2. Standard Guest Room Conversion*: Upon reserving a standard guest room in the hotel for hospitality, office, or meeting purposes, you must purchase a Hotel Room Package Registration. The rates are as follows:

PTC MEMBER: USD 2,000                                                           NON-MEMBER: USD 2,850

Benefits include:

  • Two (2) Full Conference registrations
  • One (1) online suite listing
  • One (1) door signage

A Hotel Room Package Registration must be purchased for each reserved room and is in addition to the rates charged by the Hilton.

3. PTC is not responsible for furniture and setup requirements and does not cover any costs associated with furniture and setup. Please work directly with the Hilton Events Team for these arrangements.

4. PTC controls the use of hotel meeting facilities and function rooms for meetings, presentations, and hospitality functions. Meeting and function rooms will be released only to organizations that have registered at least four (4) Full Conference Registrations or six (6) Networker Registrations. For evening functions that serve food and beverage, a PTC facilities charge of USD 10 per person (based on F&B head count) will be invoiced to the hosting organization. This charge will be used to defray conference expenses and fund future PTC programs. Note: PTC’25 Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will be given first priority on reserving meeting facilities and function rooms. For more information, please email ptc25@ptc.org.

One (1) online suite listing and one (1) door signage are included with each hotel room or suite package registration purchase.

The online suite listing provides welcome visibility for your company and assists conference attendees in locating your suite/meeting room. Your company name and suite/meeting room number(s) will be displayed in the event mobile app.

Door signage provides enhanced visibility for your company and assists conference attendees in locating your suite/meeting room. It will be applied on the front of your suite/meeting room door. The door signage will cover from the top of door to the top of door lock for Diamond Head and Tapa Tower rooms, and will cover the top portion of doors for Ali‘i and Rainbow Tower rooms. You will be responsible for providing artwork to PTC. Specifications and deadlines will be provided.

Signage Policy

All signage to be displayed in public areas must receive written approval in advance from PTC to be allowed on the Hilton property. Retractable banners are not permitted outside guest rooms. PTC and Hilton security will remove all other unauthorized signs.

FUNCTION & MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms are available to suit your networking needs.

PTC’25 Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors are given first priority on reserving meeting and function rooms and outdoor space.

Available by the hour, the day, or a 24-hour hold, your room can be used for private meetings, temporary office space, or receptions. Please email ptc25@ptc.org or call +1.808.941.3789 to discuss options.

Member’s Lounge – Rainbow Lenai

Open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, this vibrant spot is now the go-to place for members to meet, relax, and recharge throughout the event. Tapa Bar Tables

Reserve your table at the Tapa Bar! Two of the main conference days (Monday, 20 January & Tuesday, 21 January) will offer table reservations directly through PTC. Reservations will be available as follows and only for full conference registered attendees via our Registration Site.  Reservations are available to registered PTC’25 attendees on a first come basis.  Complete your conference registration today in anticipation of the Tapa Bar Table reservations.

Meeting Cubicles

Meet with industry leaders at PTC’25 in your private meeting cubicle located in the PTC HUB. Each cubicle is a stand-alone unit that consists of four (4) walls and a door for maximum privacy.

Meeting Tables

Hold formal and informal discussions and meetings with industry peers at your own meeting table located in the PTC HUB. Each meeting table includes:

  • A dedicated PTC HUB meeting table with four (4) chairs for Sunday-Wednesday, 19-22 January 2025
  • Your company logo on a table stand (Upgrade to a printed tablecloth for an additional cost.)
  • Your company logo with hyperlink on the PTC’25 Meeting Table List webpage
  • Four (4) Full Conference registrations
