Call for Participation now open

PTC invites you to submit a proposal to be part of its Annual Conference program, where industry leaders and innovators come together to share expertise and insights on connectivity, digital infrastructure, finance, sustainability, and the far-reaching impacts of technology across social, economic, cultural, and environmental landscapes.

Submit a full proposal or recommend a speaker – we welcome voices from across the industry to help shape the conversation.

When submitting your presentation, talk, or paper, please include the proposed speaker(s) and topic(s). Placement will be determined based on relevanceavailable time slots, and alignment with other speakers and topics to create a cohesive program.

Submission guidelines

General proposal

The PTC Annual Conference is a place/venue for speakers to educate and provide industry knowledge and insights; it is NOT to be used as a platform for individual or organizational commercial and/or marketing purposes.

Proposals will be evaluated on its relevance and merit to PTC’26. To increase the likelihood of being selected, please note the following:

  • Submit a short and well-crafted proposal that defines the problem(s) or issues(s) you intend to address.
  • Explain why your approach is significant; focus on strategic directions, rather than specific technicalities.
  • Include the proposed speaker’s information (e.g., name, job title, company), a short 150 word bio, and contact information.
  • DO NOT submit commercial or product promotions/service pitches or proposals that otherwise focus on a company. Proposals that are of commercial nature or focus on a company will NOT be accepted.

Proposal submission deadline is 13 June 2025.

Please be advised that the PTC Annual Conference only accepts proposals for the highest-ranking executive of the organization. Multiple submissions from the same organization are likely to be rejected.

DO NOT submit commercial or product promotions. Any marketing proposal submitted will not be considered.

Academics, Researchers, and Students

PTC invites submissions from academics, research organizations, and collaborative industry-academic programs. Submit a paper abstract or panel proposal that aligns with a suggested topic. Papers may also be considered for a research award. Students and recent graduates may also apply to the PTC Emerging Scholar Program to participate in PTC’26.

Meheroo Jussawalla Research Award
Open to researchers, faculty, Ph.D. students, and post-docs submitting a single-authored not previously published paper.

PTC Emerging Scholar Program
Applicants should be enrolled in a Ph.D. degree program or Ph.D. completion date should be within the last five (5) years.
